Shipping policy

All product prices are exclusive of all import duties and sales taxes for countries outside the UK.

Customers from the EU pay the usual 20% VAT rate (17%-25% based on the destination country). To make the process simpler, this is collected by the courier (UPS) before delivery, so you should expect an email from UPS requesting VAT payment for your order value, plus flat Customs Clearance Fee of around £12.50 (country based).

The commodity code (HS code) used for all products is 9504.50, which is the globally recognised code for computer games and accessories.
